It's not everyone who stays on Earth without leaving that's the problem. It's just some people, who believe that Earth is the only planet, that anyone leaving is being imprisoned, that anyone new has been released, that the stars and planen around us are false. Those are the problem

The Earthrooted are a group descended from the 21st Century's flat Earther's, who believe that Earth is the only planet in existence, that the moon and the stars are projections, and that the sun is a giant spotlight.
The group also often rejects the term 'Earther' being used as a demonym, preferring the term 'Human'. This is obviously dehumanising to non-Earthers, which is the majority of the human race.
Their reasons for doing this are that they believe that non-Earther's aren't real, and don't exist, therefore how can it be dehumanising.
