Don't confuse Europans with Europeans. Whilst both like bulls, only one likes taking random letters and calling it a name, and that's the moon. 

Europans are people from Europa.
Europan names seem to be based on odd misspellings of oddly misspelt names, which over time have changed. These odd names do give a sense of what Europa is like, however they often confuse the rest of the system, which has more normal names.

Common Customs, traditions and rituals

Europans enjoy bullfighting, in which a robot bull is substituted for an actual bull due to animal cruelty laws. They also enjoy rodeo, so it is unclear if their interest in bulls comes from the Americas or Spain. At both events the participants usually wear something to do with flowers, the reason for which is unknown.
