Basara Shiram

Basara is a human rogue from the province of Kli'ir and officer in The Shadow Hand. She joined the Shadow Hand shortly before her homeland's schism with The Empire and chose her sworn loyalty over her people.

She currently is deployed Farwinter Hold as she investigates reports of missing iron shipments in the area and rumors of rebellion in the Wolgier court. She was investigating the town of Frostpointe when she received word from her agents that an Order of Valor patrol had been ambushed on the road by Shadow Hand agents. Not recalling ordering any such operation she gathered a small kill team and made her way to Iceborne Citadel to interrogate the ambushed mercenaries.
