Dragons
The Dragons are one of the most ancient races of Ur and ruled the world during the 2nd Era. Driven to near extinction at the end of the 2nd Era dragons are exceedingly rare and many doubt they even exist anymore. They are exceedingly intelligent, colossal beasts capable of destroying cities in the blink of an eye, in the 5th Era The Dragon King used a dragon in this manner to great effect in his conquest of Allrock. As such hunting a dragon and killing it becomes a major priority for any government or organization claiming to provide security to people as soon as they become aware of it's existence. The last recorded dragon slaying was in 7E 296 when an adventuring party from The Order of Valor killed the dragon Nzgormu in its lair deep within the Bomac mountains.
Conservation Status
Hunted to brink of extinction. Vast majority of mortals would like to see that hunt completed
