Elves

The Elves along with the Dwarves vie for the title of most ancient race on Ur. The High Elves in particular see themselves as the purest bloodline of the most ancient denizens and heroes of Ur. While Wood Elves who share a strong bond with nature and also call the sunset isles home with them are looked down upon as "lesser elves". Dark Elves (Drow) on the other hand are largely forbidden from sunset as both the High and Wood Elves view them as corrupted by chaos, as a result most Drow make their home in the shadow of Mt.Ailphos or the caverns of Deeprock.
