A tireless philanthropist who works day and night to bring the joy of Stargunk to the desparate masses of the city. He sells it for exorbitant prices in The Masquerade. Mr. Gunk claims he peddles the miracle drug purely out of the goodness of his heart - although of course he must ask a small fee to cover the expenses.
No-one knows where he gets the drug, or who he works for - if anyone.
