The world's leading company in research on genetic modification. They have made more discoveries and developed new technologies regarding gene therapies than any other company. Their focus has been on the treatment of disease, but often advancements in this area has lead to advancements in the area of human modifications.
Structure
The CEO leads the company with a board that supports them in their decision making processes. Board members represent the different neighborhoods within Bellevue so that all their people are best represented. Thus, there are 14 board members. These boards members are voted in by the people living in the represented neighborhood. The CEO is then voted in by the board members.
Culture
Progress through wisdom.Wisdom is the single most important factor when making decisions for the future and for the people. It becomes necessary to educate the people so that there is knowledge within both the community and the leadership. Those who are in positions of leadership need to be those who have the most applicable experience for the job at hand. Experience and knowledge allow one to better decide upon the course for the future that will lead to the best outcomes for the majority. With knowledge and experience one gains good judgement.
