The Shadow Law
Kevin Draco signed the Shadow Law on April 4, 2147. With this law, all Shadow Kind living within Seattle who were part of the Shadow Kind Alliance would be granted citizenship for Seattle provided they were compliant with the Shadow Registration process. This requires the Shadow Kind to present themselves to the Shadow Investigations Unit where the new Shadow Registration Unit would precess them. In this manner, each newly arriving Shadow Kind is assessed for their appropraiteness for Mundane Society and given the appropriate documents to become a functional citizen of Seattle. Those deemed inappropriate for Mundane Society are sent to the Shadow Kind Sanctuary for safe keeping.
