All of the living creatures within Shadow Containment were released into the Shadow Kind Sanctuary.
The Shadow Kind Alliance had to determine who was approprate to reintergrate into Mundane Society and who needed to remain within the sanctuary. This was a complex screening process that took months to fully accomplish with each case reviewed by the Shadow Board.
