Ghara

Ghara is one of those beings that people don't normally think about until he's up in their face and they realize they have no one else they can talk to. Physcailly he's not in the greatest of shape. He has more weight than most humanoids do, but it doesn't look unpleasing on him. His height is a little above average, he's allergic to most wheats (but not rice), and he usually wears a pair of tortoise shelled glasses. 
His best friend is Whitney, and Ghara is someone you will see working very hard and then partying very hard at night. He was raised in what's known as the "entertainment" district and is most at home when there is a lot of noise, many people, and lots of different lights. 
Overall he is that person who is mentioned after an accident, when people nod and say they always felt something was a little bit off - on one hand people say it's because he's very average in all ways that matter most to the eye, but others say it's because there's a family secret (someone had an offspring outside of the marriage) and a being in his recent family was actually a magic user and not a "normal" human. Neighbors whisper that the reason he's so overlooked is precisely because of that magic, and they wonder if there anything else he's hiding that might not be a good thing to have in the neighborhood. 
His best co-working is Mari. Ghara is in love with the EMC that he sees every time her ambulance comes in, but he's not sure how to mention it to her. Instead, he takes his frustration and goes to Frais about twice a month - he does his best not to think about Mari in a romantic way since he doesn't want to ruin his friendship with her, which means that he takes his extra time and energy and spends it on other partners and in other ways.
