Kerrick Foster
Having fought and governed with Governor Forge for many years, Captain Foster is one of the most revered figures in Windhook. He played a major role in the peace process between Clan Jeshera and the NOTC, being honoured by Clan Jeshera for his compassion and martial prowess. In the last few years, his age has begun to catch-up with him, affecting only his fighting abilities but not his way with words.
