Arcorvatavá Empire (ar-cor-va-TAH-vah)
The Fourteenth Benevolent Reign
The current empire is the fourteenth iteration of the Arcorvatavá empire that stretches back thousands of years. The empire consists of Arcorvatavá, known as Rerya in Common, parts of the Deadlands, and overseas colonies deep in the Bieting Sea. The empire's stability has led to extreme prosperity and the unfortunate side effect of placating haughtiness. The Evorians especially are a common joke among them as their extreme warring period, the Clannish Wars, lasted several human generations and tens of thousands dead while the elves simply watched from their safe, dense forests.
Their other neighbors are the Half-elves in Lochish. They are in good relations and their merchants travel across the Marwall through the Truscan region. Not many passes are found here, but Lyer's Pass by the city of Lyer is the preferred route.
