Harmón Lavingé (lav-in-YAY)

The Viscount of Bypass. He comes from a long distinguished line of nobles of the Nilesian Court. He is neutral concerning the War of the Throne, concerned with cutting deals to the elves in Rerya.
In battle he rides a Nightmare. He wields an old family sword, Chyvó, and the crest-bearing shield Thymó. Both are said to possess magical power of protection and destruction.
