The Jolly Dirigible of Gan Sartem

This curious dirigible flies among the arid skies above western Sefir Daeg. Over the skies of Caphitolia, Catholonika, and Trimton it sails. It travels from town to town, dropping off goods and toys for the children and exchanges information with the authorities on nearby settlements. It can be chartered though it is expensive and you are merely a passenger to Gan Sartem's wanderings.   The symbol of the dirigible is firsthand knowledge for everyone in the region. Its design, a sideways, green egg with a wooden ship underneath, instills a sense of wonder in the hearts of children. Wherever it lands, people flock to it. Many travel in its shadow until they are physically unable to.   The dirigible is as prevalent in society as its driver: Gan Sartem. This figure is a large-mustached, tall, tan-skinned man whose laugh rings out over the hills and dunes below. The dirigible needs no horn, only Gan Sartem's bellowing laugh as he begins his descent.   A holiday specifically for The Jollyship has been implemented regionally. It is a time to forget hostilities and focus on the joy of life and its freedom. This holiday occurs on Erewinter 1st every year.

Sensors

If in the middle of a storm, Jollyship does have the ability to detect roll, pitch, and yaw. It's a globe that rests embedded on the bulwark next to the wheel. Gan Sartem prizes this tool more than any other trinket.

Additional & auxiliary systems

In the case of lose of elevation, the ship does contain several portholes and oarholes with the oars shelved beside. In this way, the Jollyship can traverse the Sea of Reefs or glide through the Straight of Metzo to the Taz'mattan.   Supposedly, the ship also carries a sort of power system for emergencies. It's a magical system that uses spell slots as fuel.
