Vael

A world of frozen Tundra, Vael is located in the Outer Rim Territories and lies along a vital trade route into the Mandalore Sector. Small colonies of humanoids dot the planet including the primary starport of Valos where traders, smugglers and mercenaries ply their trades. The planet is controlled by the Mandalorian Clan Solex and their ally clans, with the centuries old Storm Citadel serving as their seat of power. Deposits of phrik, doonium and lesser ores dot the planet, driving the economies of small mining outposts. In the untamed wilds, hunting parties comb the forests for the meat and pelts of local fauna but are plagued by the deadly Icepanthers that haunt the woods.
