Claw Sawmill
The Claw Sawmill is Kipburn's only local source of lumber. It is protected land that is currently managed by Fadr, the foreman. The mill is on 100 acres of fir and oak trees. The wood harvested on this land solely belongs to Kipburn and is solely used for Kipburn homes, archetecture, and projects.
The land is guarded by those who work at the mill. It is a crime to steal or injure a tree within the protected 100 acres.
Fadr, the foreman, manages shipments between the two Sleuths who participate within trade (Applemar and Kipburn) and is working on securing a trade with Dedlam. The sawmill employs nearly a hundred from Kipburn (and some migrant workers) doing various jobs from cutting in-season trees to planting new trees to other woodworking.
