Celestial Dictum

A series of laws designed by the Elder Gods in order to prevent any one God from attaining too much power to prevent the omniverse from collapsing due to the shear amount of power in one individual. These laws cover everything including but not limited to the amount of gods that can exist in each universe at a single time. Braking of any of these laws can result in banishment of the offending god or the stripping of their authority.If a god's authority is stripped all decisions they made are nullified and they are given a warning. Additional offences will result in the god being banished or even falling. All matters involving the Dictum are handled by the third party of the omniverse the Judicar
