The Tea Tea Cartel

The Tea Tea Cartel is a secretive underground organization that operates outside the law, made up of excrims and experienced merchants its methods are secretive and extremely illicit.

Structure

Running the organization from the streets makes finding the leader hard to find, with no central location the centre of growth is constantly moving. At the head is Lewie Thwart who runs his base from his Drug Wagon with his offsider Eijkman Snipes. From there the organizational structure spills out like a spiders web across the city and includes lieutenants Tuco Menthol and Sebastian Redtail

Assets

The primary asset of The Tea Tea Cartel is its sole ownership and distribution of the public drug Temporal Tincture. They also have a well-appointed wagon to manufacture the drug along with some well placed officials who can look the other way on public health issues.
