Personal history

Much of Manzana's past is a mystery to her fellow adventurers, but hey, if you're on here reading our wiki you might as well get some juicy bits of information, right?   Manzana grew up in a pretty normal family of Mountain Dwarves in the clan of Biterglum. with the given name Aithenn. However, she is no longer allowed to use that name, given the fact that she was exiled from her clan. Thanks to the dwarven mines and their contracts with elves and royalty around the country, the dwarves didn't face a lot of poverty. However, upon seeing a human settlement while roaming the mountains with her brother, Manzana realized that not everyone had it so easy. In her anger and sadness, she began stealing precious gems and metals from the stores of her clan and nearby clans to gift to the humans she saw. This Robin Hood act worked for a while, but the bookkeepers knew that something was off. One night in a local tavern, things came to a head when members of different clans began accusing each other of theft. When things came to blows, several died, including Manzana's younger brother Betten.   This was completely devastating for Manzana. Betten was not just her brother, but her confidant and best friend. Overwhelmed with grief and guilt, she confessed that she had been behind all of the theft that led to the murders in the tavern. The clan decided on exile as opposed to execution, if only to spare her parents the pain of losing two children.   Manzana traveled alone for a bit, before being recruited by an organization named The Triangle. This organization's goal was much the same as what hers had been when she was thieving gold and jewels: taking from people who had way too much and giving it to people who had nothing at all. She spent many happy years with The Triangle, who became her new family and even gave her a new name. When she left the clan, she had taken only one thing: Betten's flute, his prized possession that he had forged himself. With her friends' encouragement, she taught herself to play.   One night while camped, that flute was stolen from Manzana. This theft reopened her old wound, and she vows to find the thief and make him pay. She left the organization soon after, encouraged by her friends to take up music. She has lived as a traveling bard ever since.

Unresolved grief from her brother's death, an unhealthy attachment to vengeance, afraid to get too close to anyone because she's afraid they'll either die or exile her from the group.

Intellectual Characteristics

Morality & Philosophy

Manzana very much abides by a "steal from the rich and give to the poor" mentality. Hygiene

It can certainly be said that Manzana has a thing for self-care, almost to a fault. She has no problems holding up the group so that she can perform her routines, and dislikes feeling unclean. She can often be seen using blood as a mask for her hair and beard, shouting it's praises for giving her such healthy, flowing locks.
