Detlav Blackham

Professional soldier, of rank Lieutenant, posted at Fort Daneborough. Has some implication with Amalie and may have been the last person to see her.  After talking with Detlav it has been established that he and Amalie are having relations.  Though through conversations with Amalie it's revealed that these are wholly functional from Amalie's side as a means to resolve her problem.  He also has no idea of her association with the The Scarab.
