Halflocke

A Halfling who upon seeing the situation Pious was in thought to extend some help for a return of service.  He carries a scar on his right cheek from a burn of some kind, and while he seems capable of lying and quite good at it he doesn't seem to be lying now.  He gives Pious a silver coin with a lightning bolt on it, telling him should he desire to make contact to throw it into the fountain in the center of town.
