Ruins of Codburn

After the townstead was overrun the buildings were left abandoned and now are mostly reclaimed by the desert. Initially established in the year 900RR the settlement was an attempt to reclaim the desert. A strong druid, Gregory Codburn, was able to tap into the natural energies existent there creating a spring which gave the people enough to drink, and through continued effort there was eventually enough farmland to start increasing the population. At it's peak 200 residents called the Townstead of Codburn their home. Makheir Mournforge and his party being the most decorated adventurers at the time were sent to deal with the primary threat which had been uncovered to be a mindflayer lich while the others were tasked with protection of the citizens and destruction of any ancillary forces.
