Bugbear

Bugbears are taller, more intelligent, and cunning than the other goblinoids, and their fearsome, ursine-like appearance belies a surprising sophistication. Though uncommon and often feared in more civilized areas, bugbears are not unknown to other races, and, despite being frequently underestimated and discriminated against, most large towns and cities will house a small bugbear community. They are in high demand as hired muscle because they are loyal to those who treat them fairly and with respect.
