Camera Obscura

Pioneered by dwarves, the camera obscura is dark chamber where a small opening allows focused light through a small opening to be projected in a larger form on the chamber wall. It's increasing use in larger cities has come under scrutiny recently as some authorities are alleged to be using them to secretly spy on citizens.
