Not (usually) a true seer, fortune tellers are generally found at festivals and faires. Though some more gullible individuals may believe the fortunes that they are given by a fortune teller, most understand that their purpose is entertainment. Fortune tellers are often skilled at reading people and drawing out useul information from them to base their "predictions" around.
