Ice Mephit

Cold and indifferent, ice mephits are the cruellest of the small elemental creatures. Frequently summoned to work in the kitchens of great houses, and used to keep food chilled, they are also useful thieves and assassins, especially because they explode in shards of razor-sharp ice if they are killed.
