Rain Wraith

Rain Wwraiths are flying undead that manifest in rain clouds forming in areas where tragic deaths have taken place. They feed by draining life energy from their victims. Destroying a rain wraith can imbue the weapon that strikes the final blow with certain temporary and unpredictable magical properties.
