Razor Wind is a magical effect said to originate with hag covens that creates a powerful gust of wind that can cut through anything in its path. It is often used as a weapon, but it can also be used to create a barrier or to clear debris from an area. The wind is so sharp that it can even cut through metal, and it is said to be able to slice through flesh like butter.
