The shared and differing conventions of Valinian life. From the accepted calendar to shared myths and legends, some things are almost universally adopted, believed or unquestioned. Others are specific to an area, religion, state, belief, group etc. These cultural touchstones are most important to a specific group or people, but may affect other groups.
