In every society there are guilds, factions, groups and organizations where like minded individuals or people with similar goals and interests gather and advance their interests. For some groups or individuals within them the process is acrimonious, sometimes even violent. Some groups are the closest of friends, trusting each other and operating as a well practiced team.
