Kalarol Airships

The development of Kalarol has brought about a feat once relegated to the realm of powerful wizards and of birds - that of flight. With Kalarol, those in the Valley take flight, conquering their earthen bonds. It is of course not cheap to fly in an airship, but in the last decade they have become a common sight in the major cities of the Valley and even slowly the Andran Empire, where skydocks sprawl outward from the ground to accommodate both passengers and cargo. Especially in the Valley where the terrain is treacherous, this has proved a boon.
Such ships boast large sails run through with copper mesh, which drive the ship. Through the engines of the ship Kalarol flows through heated loops, creating a magioelectric current as it flows through the metal pipes. This magic flows into the sails, providing a force which allows the ships to fly through the sky. A slew of ships exist, from large cargo ships to nimble and small single-person boardships, which move quickly using a small sail for propulsion.
