Croaker's Cave

Croaker's Cave gets its name from its resident giant ice frogs. Its entrance is due north of Nami Village at the foot of a mountain. Its ceilings are 10 feet high, with only 8 feet of clearance beneath stalactites. It also contains many pools of murky, frigid water within the caverns that were created by melting snow on the rocky ground above dripping down through the ceiling.   Consists of 6 openings, not particularly large, but cozy. Or as cozy as a frozen cave could be.

Denizens

  • Giant Ice Frogs

The frogs spend much of their time resting in pools of murky, frigid waters. They prey on the bats that live in the caves, and can be domesticated with repeat feedings of said bats.

History

Knowing that the residents of Nami Village avoid the cave and its dangerous frogs, Hulil Lutan had made the place her base of operations. She and the Yamaguchi bandits she commanded had domesticated the giant ice frogs that made the cave their home, using them as guard animals.
