Gaez (geɪz)
Gaez is the Goddess of memory, twilight, and illusion. She has no “birth” myth, as it is said she had taken the memories of all those present at her birth. No one knows how she was created, only that she simply is. She is rarely, if at all worshiped by the masses, save for being worshipped by Kitsune. Her name is synonymous with dreams and forgetfulness, as she is often blamed for persons being unable to remember their dreams, or forgetting things mid-sentence. She also known for can assisting mortals in remembering important things.
Despite having little to no following, all know her name and her domain.
Appearance
Takes the form of fog in the vague shape of a woman of any size she wished. Has a golden 4 point star as a single eye.Personality
Gaez is considered to be an uncaring god. It was never that she was cruel, but she was never particularly caring. She aided the memories of those who called for her aid, but in the same breath would take memories of those who needed them. She is not concerned with lofty ideas of good and evil, or with the going-ons of mortals. Her only concerned with her domains.Holy Books & Codes
Gaez is mentioned in the First Writings as being present when the gods first walked the land, and was present for the creation of mortals, but is otherwise rarely mentioned.
