Honinki

Honinki is known as the creator god of the multiverse and the overgod of Valloth. They are worshiped primarily by the dragons of Valloth, though all mortals knew to bow their heads in respect at Honinki's mention.   Honinki is in fact not their true name, but the name given to them by the dragons, and is said to be their Draconic name. They have many names, and stories surrounding them. The only consistent thing is that they are neutral, never choosing a side. Despite having created the dragons first, and aiding them when their downfall is imminent, Honinki is just as likely to aid other races if the balance is threatened.

Appearance

Honinki only took physical form once, during the Time of Droraka. In that instance, he took the form of a cryptic and incredibly imposing dragon, with rainbow colored or iridescent scales.

Personality

Honinki held themself aloof from most events as an eternal, rarely-interfering observer. Not much is known about their personality beyond the fact that they cared not about the lives of mortals, nor the other gods. So long as each god maintained their portfolios and the balance of the world was not disturbed.   If a god dared to step out of line of their aspects, Honinki's justice would be swift and harsh.

Divine Domains

Followings of Honinki were led by "ministers" instead of clerics, as these followers never received any spells from the Overgod. The following was more philosophical than religious in nature.

Artifacts

The Claw of Honinki was an artifact that was said to have been used by Honinki to create the dragons. But the existence of such an item is based on rumors and legends.

Holy Books & Codes

The Book of Balance is a philosophical text that was written by and guides the ministers of Honinki. It mainly speaks on how to make peace with your place in the world.

Divine Symbols & Sigils

Holidays

Ministers of Honinki declare Freeday a holy day of study and rest, so they may focus on maintaining the balance of their personal lives and their religion. Most spend it studying the Book of Balance and focusing on personal health and care.
