Freebooter Haven
Lying deep out in the ocean, the man-made isle floats lazily across the surface of the waters. It is here that some of the most notorious pirates, privateers, and free-spirited captains & crews hangout, awaiting their next big score of voyage. Anchored out to the bottom of the ocean, it moves with current to extend that the chains will let it and thus is not always in the same spot. There are twelve chains of Adamantine that stretch to the ocean floor and keep it from being adrift.
Structure
Governed by a Pirate Council, each one beign a member who bought their seat by paying the required 5,000 Gold gilding to join.
Public Agenda
The isle provides safe haven and harbor for all manner to those of various seafaring lifestyles. While present, no oneay engage in any violence beyond the normal tavern brawl and honour duel.

History
Built by the most notorious pirate captain of the world, the island bears his namesake when he started having it built. Crafted from portions of decommissioned ships, artificial platforms, and gathered reefs that have had soil added to them. Over the centuries it became a home to all who live at sea so long as they abide by the rule of nonviolence between whole crews. Groafer as his last major act before disappearing from the public had twelve massive chains with anchors crafted out of Adamantine that were dropped down to the ocean floor to secure it where he wished, out in the open waters far from all civilization.
