Noble House of Visilargyian

What information that has been gathered from surviving records and known treatise points to their being the remains of roughly ~143 households with long lineages of existing before the disaster that befell the city. The largest portion of them lived in the Waip Garden district with several of the new younger ones choosing to live reside in Midtown Stroapt district; those of the younger lineage came to be due to the retiring adventurers and merchants who were able to elevate themselves. It did not matter where they came from but only the standard by which they carried themselves that affected their capacity to obtain nobility status. Yet none of this matters now as these grand houses lie empty of life anymore. 

These household were generous patrons of the arts, businesses within the city, and social programs instituted by the ruling government. They supported the less fortunate and those who needed help to recover from the hardships they had been experiencing. Each noble house willing paid their taxes and actively gave gifts to the royal treasury so that it would always be able to support the projects it undertook. Each of these households was able to measure its wealth in hundreds of Platinum gilding with ease; several maintained libraries filled with rare tomes and treatises, hoards of precious gems/minerals, magnificent art pieces, intricate maps/scrolls, and unique plants. Furthermore, these nobles commissioned all manner of enchanted and wondrous items/weapons/armor for all manner of purposes.
