Keepers of the Dead

The Keepers of the dead are an occult society that worship the God Mahth. They believe that the highest service they can do for the Reaper of Souls is to use His power over the undead to serve the wishes of their god. These necromancers and priests of the dark arts have been known to raise armies of the dead to help win a battle or defend a town from marauders. There are other members who use the power over undead to pursue strange esoteric research or to simply gain wealth and power. The members of this group are pariahs to many and so they operate in secrecy.
The Keepers of the Dead are sworn enemies of the Reaper's Hand.
