Anne Camden
(a.k.a. Ma)
Owner of the Three Flags Sailing Tavern in Targos. She fusses over the fishers as if they were her children. She is optimistic and speaks nonstop, as she rather likes the sound of her voice. The war was a terrible time for her, and Anne does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes. Sweet old lady accent.
