Lucan Erenaeth
Owner of the Banded Outfitter in Myril. He is erratic and paranoid. He believes dire rats are coming to abduct people. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one. He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Lucan has worked very hard to control his curse. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks. He has decided he is irredeemable. Ums and ahs a lot.
