Captain Rumleg's skin is sun kissed and rosy from the rum. He spends most of his time drinking and will do anything to keep alcohol on him at all times. That includes creating a compartment in his peg leg to hide his own personalized rum. The island settlement of Rumleg was created by him and his pirate crew. He is calm, probably thanks to his drunken demeanor. Recently he stuck his nose where it didn't belong and now he is in trouble with the crew from Kraken Isle.
