Kar E. Oak's

A popular destination for aspiring bards, Kar E. Oak's is a circular tavern with a wrap-around stage covering three-quarters of the interior walls. While unfit for supporting true theater, the stage is well illuminated and built to provide the best acoustic environment in Nivasa.
The combination of these two qualities draws the attention, and efforts, of bards from all over. Between the relaxed enforcement of laws in Living Tomb, the propensity for its residents to get absolutely hammered, and cheap cost of ale, it is a performer's paradise.
Travelers be warned, just because a lot of bards like to perform at Kar E. Oak's doesn't mean they're good, and most of them just sing and perform songs that other musicians have written.
