Refrend

Refrend is a deity native to Valshuun. Refrend is a god who's domains include fire, lightning, ice, stone, wind, weather, storms, mountains, monsters, gems, and magic. Refrend is said to have been a wizard who attained godhood through lost ways, but there are legends saying his libraries, towers, and tomb are out there, hidden from prying eyes. On the rare occasion magic users attempt to create a spell, or some sort of magic item, it is not uncommon for them to make an offering or say a prayer to Refrend, as even those of the arcane believe his blessing might make or break a ritual. Refrend's symbol is that of a frozen tome.
