Fire Extinguisher
In addition to its primary effect of putting out burning property and characters, a fire extinguisher makes a halfway decent improvised blinding weapon at point-blank range. An attack with a fire extinguisher uses Dexterity + Athletics. A successful attack inflicts no actual damage, but the target suffers the effects of pepper spray (see p. 128) for one full turn. The Traits given assume a dry chemical or carbon dioxide fire extinguisher; Damage is –4 for an extinguisher using ordinary water.
