Fire Hose
A stream of water at a pressure of 300 pounds per square inch is enough to knock a grown man off his feet, making a fire hose a dandy improvised defensive measure — and ideal for riot control. A fire hose attack uses Strength + Athletics. A successful attack inflicts bashing damage and has the Knockdown effect (see p. 168, the World of Darkness Rulebook), in addition to blinding the target for one full turn. The average fire hose mounted in a building can reach up to 50 feet from its wall socket. Double all range and insufficient Strength penalties for a fire hose.
