Vampire the Requiem - Covenant - Lancea Sanctum

A Nepheshim who has survived one year and one night, but who has not yet finished his first term of servitude (five years and five nights) is called a gamal. The word denotes a child who has been weaned, as the Nepheshim has been weaned from the luxuries of urban existence.
