The infamous “ninja throwing stars” enjoy an inflated reputation thanks to martial arts films. Shuriken lack the mass and speed to penetrate deeply enough to cause internal trauma. Similar to darts, these stars’ primary use is to deliver poison. Do not re-roll 10s for shuriken attacks.
