United Systems Consitution
Purpose
This consitution was created to join Sulrosian and Kvatrian spieces. Both valued each others technological and societal progresses and saught to share each others knowledge in hopes of making each race stronger.
Historical Details
Background
The Sulrosian and Kvatrian are solar neighbors. They have had a long history of communication and trade. The two species met in person when the Sulrosian's discovered interstellar travel and went to the Kvatrian homeworld. There the Sulrosians showed graditude and trust for the Kvatrians by helping them travel interstellarly. This further increased their friendship and would eventually lead to the creation of the United Systems of the Galaxy.
History
The two races met on the Sulrosian Homeworld of Sulros and with their two highest leaders signed an electronic record of the constitution. This happened on Pvilos 25th, 2138
Public Reaction
Most all of the Sulrosians and Kvatrians supported and reveled in this joining of races. Most saw it as a way to further their own society while benefiting a long time ally as well. There were small groups of Xenophobic or nationalistic people from both races that saw it as a weakening and submittion to an inferior race. These groups were never able to make much head way in preventing, stopping or reversing the decision that was made that day.
Legacy
The United Systems of the Galaxy has been in existence for almost 2000 years. Thousands of other systems and species have signed to join the United Systems. It now boasts the largest and most diverse military force the galaxy has seen. No species has ever reversed their decision to join the United Systems and many more are awaiting their chance to join it as well.
