Njord, god of the Waters and Sky (N-yord)

WHAT IS BELIEVED ABOUT NJORD?

Njord is known as having large mood swings, and for his temperament to change easily. He is known to be one of the kindest gods while in a good mood, but also one of the harshest if he feels disrespected. It is said that Njord is also the god most likely to contact the people of Nalbon. Temples and churches to Njord often feature courtyards that expose the sky, and will usually have a water feature in them. Depending on the budget of the temple the feature can range from a simple pond to elaborate, magically controlled displays. These features usually double up as drinking fountains, providing purified water.

Njord is portrayed as a tall, strongly built middle aged man, with light coloured but thinning hair, and wearing light clothes, typical of a sailor.
