Kurid prides itself on being an advanced kingdom, run by King Carmon Heirmine the kingdom holds the highest education and literacy rates. Home to The Heirmine Academy for the Magically Inclined, the kingdom's economy is largely boosted by the school as one of the only to operate on this side of the realm. Founded in 1300 the academy has prospered as long as the Heirmine family has remained on the throne. Poverty rates are high amongst the lower classes however the upper echelon live in luxury and grand wealth.
