History
Eclipse was settled very early on in the year 89 by goblin tribes who were wandering after the tragedy of Half Lit Island. These tribes raided and tormented potential colonies and settlements of normal folk for hundreds of years. On the southern side of Astiria, you can still find remnants of small hamlets that were attacked by the goblin hordes. In the year 603 the elves from Elkruni wanted a new colony and Emperor Leck made a deal that they could have a key port location if they cleared it of threats. The elves moved in and settled the mirrored city. With the destruction of the goblins' main fortification, most of the remaining goblins had to flee into caves and dungeons where they could try and find a way to rebuild their culture in a society where they were hated. 
Description
Eclipse is a fairly large town and has a massive reflection pool where the moon shines upon it and lights up the beautiful Moonforge. The buildings and walls are made out of marble and kept well tended to. The castle which houses the royal family is small but extremely well defended. With only one entrance and several choke points. The town is built hanging over the ocean with massive pillars supporting the structures above.
